Chocolate Apple Pie
Ingredients (for 1 baking tin):
- 1 glass efko Apple Purée pure 370 ml
- 250 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 250 g icing sugar
- 80 g cocoa
- 3 eggs
Preparation:Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Grease the baking tin well. Stir the butter. Mix eggs, flour, baking powder, icing sugar, cocoa and efko Apple Purée gradually to form a homogeneous batter. Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake for about 1 hour.
Let the cake cool short and turn out the cake when it's still warm. Dust the Chocolate apple pie with a little icing sugar after cooling.
