Apricot pancakes(for about 4 – 6 servings)
- 5 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1/2 l milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- sugar and cinnamon
- 1 glass of efko Apricot Dessert
Separate the yolks and the egg whites. Stir the egg whites with sugar until you have whipped egg whites. Stir flour, milk, salt and the yolks well and mix it with the whipped egg whites. Melt the butter in a pan and bake the pancakes. Heat the efko Apricot Dessert and coat the pancakes with it. Powder them with sugar and cinnamon.
