Cherry ice-cream


  • 1 glass efko cherries
  • 500 g soya yogurt
  • 30 g icing sugar
  • Juice of one lemon


Pour the efko cherries into a bowl and puree them with a hand blender. Mix the yoghurt, the pureed cherries, the icing sugar and the lemon juice well. Then put the mass in a suitable bowl and put it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
