Apricot Tiramisu

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 1 glass efko Apricot Dessert 370 ml 
  • 2 cl apricot juice
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g of natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar 
  • almonds, sliced
  • 8 ladyfingers
  • Garnish: fresh mint


Mix mascarpone and natural yoghurt with the icing sugar. Split the ladyfingers in the middle, put them in a glass and sprinkle them with a little apricot juice. Layer 2 tablespoons mascarpone-yogurt-cream and 2 tablespoons efko Apricot Dessert into the glass. Repeat the procedure. Garnish with almonds. Put the apricot tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and let them cool. Garnish the delicious apricot tiramisu with fresh mint before serving.
