Apricot Tiramisu
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 1 glass efko Apricot Dessert 370 ml
- 2 cl apricot juice
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g of natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- almonds, sliced
- 8 ladyfingers
- Garnish: fresh mint
Preparation:
Mix mascarpone and natural yoghurt with the icing sugar. Split the ladyfingers in the middle, put them in a glass and sprinkle them with a little apricot juice. Layer 2 tablespoons mascarpone-yogurt-cream and 2 tablespoons efko Apricot Dessert into the glass. Repeat the procedure. Garnish with almonds. Put the apricot tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and let them cool. Garnish the delicious apricot tiramisu with fresh mint before serving.Enjoy your meal!
