Eferdinger Erdäpfelkäs


Ingredients (for 4 portions):

  • 4 big potatoes (floury potatoe variety)
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 Stk. efko gourmet gherkins
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • salt, pepper, chives


Preparation:

Boil the potatoes until soft, peel and grate finely. Chop the onion and pickles finely. Mix with butter, sour cream and spices into the potatoe mixture. Allow to brew briefly and enjoy with fresh brown bread.
