Cinnamon Panna Cotta
with Plum Dessert

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 1 glass efko plums pure (no sugar added)
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 1 pk. instant gelatin
  • 1 pk vanilla sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 cinnamon stick
Garnish: cinnamon (ground), fresh mint


Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pith. Bring whipped cream, vanilla sugar, vanilla and cinnamon stick to boil. Remove the pan from the hotplate. Prepare the instant gelatin according to package directions and stir it in the hot mixture.

Rinse the bowls with cold water and fill in the panna cotta mass. Put them in a refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Serve the cinnamon panna cotta with the delicious efko Plum Dessert and garnish with a little cinnamon and fresh mint.
