Red Cabbage Dumplings
to Green Salads


Ingredients (for 4 servings):

Baked red cabbage dumplings:

  • 2 whisked eggs, flour, bread crumbs
  • oil for baking

 Salads:
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, 1 radicchio salad, 2 chicory

Marinade:
  • salt, a little honeys Honig, Apfel-Balsam-Essig, Olivenöl


Preparation:

Form medium sized dumplings with the efko Frischeküche Red Cabbage and place them in the freezer for about 2 hours.
