Wraps with Sauerkraut Stuffing


Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 2 pk efko Frischeküche Sauerkraut mild
  • 250 ml milk
  • 140 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pich of salt
  • Gervais natur cream cheese to spread on the Wraps
  • a little butter for baking
  • Garnish: chive stalks


Preparation:

Mix milk, flour, eggs and salt to a smooth batter. Heat some butter in a pan, fill in the batter, that the floor is thinly covered and bake on both sides.

Heat the mild efko Frischeküche Sauerkraut. Apply the Gervais natur cream cheese on the pancakes thinly and evenly spread the sauerkraut on it. Now form the wraps. For this purpose fold the pancakes at the bottom, left and right and and roll up the wrap. Divide the delicious wraps in in half and fix it with a chive stalk.
