Ingredients (for 4 portions):
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp efko Essigkurkerl chopped finely
- 1 tbsp efko Kapern chopped finely
Boil the eggs hard, rinse with cold water and peel them! Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mix in a bowl with mustard, sour cream, cream cheese and chooped pickles and capers. Pour the mixture back into the egg ahlves with a piping bag. Garnish with parsley.
