Many employees at efko started their career with a traineeship. This includes Gerald Wiesinger, now an authorised officer and the director of finance and accounting. Or the Production Director Thomas Achleitner and the Work Planner and Apprenticeship Officer Markus Moser. They are all now passing on their knowledge to the young efko generation.
It has always been important to efko to train the managers of tomorrow themselves. Through ongoing promotion opportunities, all doors are open to efko trainees - from a specialist career to a management position.
