The company Geißlmayr Obst und Gemüse GmbH is a deeply rooted traditional enterprise in the beautiful Eferding region. 70 different types of vegetable are produced here, in the smallest district of Upper Austria.
Geißlmayr is in the fruit and vegetable business and produces packaged, high-quality foods made of carefully selected raw goods.

The company Geißlmayr is a longstanding partner of ARA and is therefore making an important contribution to active climate protection. ARA ensures that the packaging of Geißlmayr products is collected and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.
In total, the separate collection and processing of Geißlmayr packaging waste in the ARA system brings an Austria-wide annual saving of around 138 tons of CO2 equivalents. This corresponds to the greenhouse gas emissions of 1,763,594 car kilometres. www.ara.at
