Wraps with Sauerkraut Stuffing

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 1 pk efko Eferdinger Sauerkraut
  • 250 ml milk
  • 140 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Gervais natur cream cheese to spread on the Wraps
  • a little butter for baking
  • Garnish: chive stalks


Mix milk, flour, eggs and salt to a smooth batter. Heat some butter in a pan, fill in the batter, that the floor is thinly covered and bake on both sides.

Heat the efko Eferdinger Sauerkraut. Apply the Gervais natur cream cheese thinly on the pancakes and spread the sauerkraut on it evenly. Now form the wraps. For this purpose fold the pancakes at the bottom and roll up the wrap on the left and right side. Cut the delicious wraps in half diagonally in the middle and fix it with a chive blade.
