Ingredients (for 10 pieces):


Take a baking tray and put baking paper on the top. Put the taco shells on it and heat it in the oven, put them out and let them cool down. Wash the salad greens and remove the stalk.

Every single salad must drain in a sieve. Spread the tacos with the salad greens. Fill the tacos with all the different efko salads you like. If you like you can serve the tacos with grated cheese.
