Black forest cupcakes

Ingredients (for 12 servings):

Cupcakes:

  • 1 glass efko cherries pure
  • 120 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 pkg. vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 80 g chocolate

Garnish:

  • 12 cherries
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate flakes

Furthermore:

  • muffin tin
  • muffin paper forms

Preparation:

Preaheat the oven to 170°. Line a muffin tin with paper forms. Drain the cherries, put 12 cherries aside for the garnish and divide the others into halfs. Melt the chocolate over bain-marie.

Stir soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, put in the eggs and add milk. Add flour and baking powder. Mix in the melted chocolate and the halfed cherries. Spread the dough on the paper forms in the muffin tin. Fill up the forms about 2/3. Bake the Black Forest cherry cupcakes for about 40 minutes and let them cool down afterwards.

Garnish the delicious cupcakes with whipped cream, cherries and chocolate flakes.
